I am more than happy to recommend Ahed Al Najjar as EMS Project Manager. In the world of contracting, work comes and goes so unexpectedly that it can sometimes be difficult to keep good people around. When our firm hit a serious request from Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Department of Health & Medical Services (currently Dubai Health Authority) in Dubai, I encouraged Ahed to explore his options. He is, by far, my most qualified AED project manager and the one I would miss losing the most.

Ahed, takes each project to heart and has never missed a deadline. He has never cost us a dime in liquidated damages and he has never been the subject of a DOHMS (DHA) complaint. His methods for managing Emergency Medical Services and Ambulance Services projects within the community have brought nothing but success.

Ahed has been able to balance successfully that line between responsibility to the organization and responsibility to his projects and training. Every Trained staff who has ever been on Ahed's crew has always requested to work with him again. His productivity and profitability numbers are the best in the organization.

Al Najjar establish a massive project with collaboration of Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing under Department of Health & Medical Services (currently Dubai Health Authority) in Dubai under my direct supervision for more than 9 months by establishing Dubai Automated External Defibrillator - AED Awareness program.

The massive project called Dubai Heartbeat Project - AED Implementation program for Dubai Hotel industry to ensure key decision makers are sufficiently educated about the importance of AED implementation by inviting them to related presentations or scheduled meetings about the topic. The decision makers were external and internal from different local resources, Hotels managers, tenants, board members and government leaders.

Currently Dubai equipped with External Defibrillators (AEDs) within Hotel establishment by the efforts and collaboration of all agencies and personal.

I cannot allow a good man to ignore the opportunities he has earned. If you need to discuss anything further about Ahed, please email me.

Sincerely,

Abdulla Bin Souqat
Executive Director, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences.
Member Board of Directors, Dubai Health Authority
