Approval by DHCC for AREMT EMT course with Dubai partner received yesterday...The CPD Accreditation Committee during the meeting on 15th August 2013, and the subsequent reviews, has unanimously decided to approve your application for the Continuing Education (CE) activity entitled “Emergency Medical Technician Course” to be held in DHCC, Dubai from 6th October- 1st November 2013.The above activity is granted a maximum of 47.0 CE Credits for full attendance of the course training days. Post course clinical hours and ambulance activity upto 6 weeks

The training programs for health professionals cover continued medical education with CPD points as accredited by the Medical and Dental Council, Nursing Council, and other regulatory bodies. It also involves the training and certification of Pre-hospital Emergency Professionals in the government-approved college of Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine leading to a National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), EMT-Basic fast tract, EMT-1, and EMT P fast tracks. The division also coordinates some external programs in Emergency.
